How do you start a Mutual Aid Group? MAG

I'm interested in starting or joining a Mutual Aid Group in my area.(MAG) I'm located in SW Ohio and would like to meet other VV members from around this area. Having a good plan B in place is a necessity. Any members that would like to meet contact me or post here. Any opinions or suggestions would be appreciated.

My friend just told me about this website that seems really great, http://www.meetup.com/. It has all kinds of groups you can join, search for, or you can start one in your area about self-sufficiency or pretty much whatever you want! I haven't tried it but it seems pretty good.
