How are you doing?

I don't know about you, but the past couple months have been a blur for me.

I am still buried in work, a honey-do list and well..just life in general.

For many of you out there reading this you are in the same boat.

Maybe you are not buried in work, but are just mired down in keeping up with the 'news' and trying to make sense of it all.

So here I am, squeezing out 10 minutes to drop a line when I should have already left for a meeting.

It is important to have a moment to reset.

Push back away from your life and circumstance and take in the big picture.

So how are you doing now?

Are you sitting on pins-and-needles waiting for the world to collapse while you sit in a bunker?

Still wondering when the dollar will collapse or WWIII begins?

More socialism or imperialistic conquest on the horizon?

We continue to live in tremendous times, and know that through it all it will be merely a blip on the historical radar.

I do believe that, according to the fundamentals, our economy should have collapsed.

But when you start to unwind it all and look at the clockworkings that make it tick...you stand flaberghasted at the farce of our 'free capitalistic society'.

The markets are no more free than you are and your fictitious person that your represent through the SSA.

Crazy craziness.

Do you find it overwhelming? Do you find your own life overwhelming?

We all participate in the same turbulent waters that ebbs and flows under circumstances that we cannot control.

Some might hunker down in their rafts, but I encourage you to ride that wave like a surfer.

The odds are certainly stacked against you, and the puppet masters can bring in a tidal wave at any minute.

Even so, you still are alive and can seize the opportunities out there.

Can you weather the storm for the long haul?

Plan ahead for the next wave. I have a feeling it is gonna be a whopper.
